CALL FOR RACIAL EQUITY ADVOCATES TO JOIN THE BERKELEY CULTURAL TRUST
Are you an arts administrator, artist or cultural worker who is passionate about racial justice? Do you live and/or work in Berkeley?
The Berkeley Cultural Trust’s Equity and Inclusion Committee (E&I) is seeking new members who are passionate about diversifying Berkeley’s arts community. This year the E&I committee has begun centering racial equity.
Benefits of joining the E&I Committee:
We encourage arts administrators, artists and other cultural workers who live and/or work in Berkeley and have a passion for racial justice to join the E&I committee and help us drive our equity and inclusion initiatives.
Expectations of E&I Committee members:
We understand that not everyone has the time or bandwidth to commit to monthly meetings, however we would love to at least add new members to our email list so that more people can be looped in on the advancements and opportunities around racial justice in the Berkeley Arts World.
Please CLICK HERE to fill out the form to join the Equity & Inclusion Committee’s email list and someone will reach out to you.
PLEASE PASS THIS INFORMATION ALONG TO ANYONE YOU THINK COULD BE INTERESTED!
Questions? Contact one of the committee co-chairs: PC Muñoz or Natalia Neira
